BALANCED, freshness and vibrant acidity. A wine where balance stands out, given by a vibrant freshness and acidity, fruit aromas and floral notes, but also body and structure, imprinted by aging in wood. Wine to drink at the table with comfort food.
Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão.
Vinification: Manual harvest into 20kg boxes, transported to the cellar for partial destemming of the bunches – some with total destemming and others with the entire bunch. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels from different cooperages.
Ageing: 50% in stainless steel vats. 50% in French oak barrels for 9 to 10 months.
Tasting Notes: A red with a very complex nose, with clear notes of fruit, but also of forest, which gives it a lot of personality. In the mouth, it is a precise and elegant wine throughout the tasting, with a long finish and good aging potential.
