Grape Varieties: Moscatel, Chenin Blanc, Viognier.
Terroir: Clay and shale-limestone.
Tasting Notes: Citrus yellow color. Very elegant aroma with notes of peach, melon and honey. Balanced flavor in the mouth, good texture and liveliness that persists, recalling peach, pineapple and honey.
Recommendation: Serve at a temperature of 8º-10ºC. This wine is great for an aperitif before a meal, or for a sunset drink in the afternoon. It can also be tasted while having a light meal, a lobster salad, a caesar salad, a fish or shellfish dish, either cooked or grilled.
Enology: Alcoholic fermentation in inox vats for 3 weeks with a controlled temperature of 14ºC.
Ageing: After fermentation, the wine remained in contact with lees until bottling date.
